Resolves escalated complex issues, validates and coordinates work. Additionally, Audio Visual Supervisor recommends process improvements and serves as a knowledge resource. Researches and leads implementation of new technologies. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Audio Visual Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Audio Visual Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
