The Enterprise Applications Analyst V coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Being an Enterprise Applications Analyst V documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. In addition, Enterprise Applications Analyst V analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
