Campus Minister provides spiritual leadership, guidance, and assistance to support students and faculty. Performs religious services, leads prayer, and conducts worship. Being a Campus Minister develops and prepares educational material to foster and support faith and religion on campus. Organizes and implements faith-based programs and events including social functions, counseling, classes, or volunteer retreats and service projects. Additionally, Campus Minister requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Campus Minister occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Campus Minister typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
