Reviews maps and legal descriptions for property identification. Additionally, Title Examiner analyzes and prepares preliminary report and/or title commitment. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. The Title Examiner works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Title Examiner typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
