Airport Security Officer Salary in Utah

Our uniformed Security Officers provide protection of work site, personnel, and assets from events such as assault, theft, vandalism, harassment, and other disruptive incidents, to include responsibility for highly regulated access control, in Anchorage, AK at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. This is a rotational position, working one week on / one week off. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Must have at least one (1) year of work experience with a municipal, state, or federal law enforcement agency, military police unit, corrections activity, or private security company within the past five years. * Must be at least 19 years of age * High School Diploma or GED * Must have a valid driver's license * Must obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge upon hire * Must be able to pass an initial background check (public records) * Able to proficiently speak, read, understand, and write English * Possess or be able to attain State of Alaska Unarmed Security Guard licen
