Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Director (AD) of Clinical Operations for Physician Group Practice (PGP) serves on the leadership team for a designated Service Line or Clinical Department within Emory Healthcare. The AD will report to and assist the Director of Patient Care Practice by providing operational support and leadership for the clinical practice managers and indirect oversight of the clinical staff across the department. Senior Managers of Clinical Services and Operations and Nurse Managers will directly report to Assistant Director of Clinical Operations, PGP. The AD will provide leadership to the Sr Managers and Managers for oversight of clinical staff and operations, and serve as a liaison with the various practices and the service line/clinical department team. Provides daily leadership, guidance and direction for the PACE CNY interdisciplinary team.
