Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Underwrite, price, and negotiate accounts consistent with the quality of the risk and according to the company’s strategies and guidelines. Review endorsement business submissions and prepare quotes within authority. Review renewal business submissions and prepare quotes within authority. Prepare coverage issuance forms for policy processing. Prepare correspondence, letters, and memos to agents and insureds. Issue requests for additional information. Prepare additional information as warranted. Maintain suspense system for documentation follow-up, renewal solicitation, etc. Follow work procedures and practices outlined by supervisor and/or department manager. Actively manage relationships with assigned agents/brokers and co-workers Responsible for special projects and assignments as assigned by supervisor and/or department manager.
