Job Description Job Description SUMMARY General Maintenance Technician/Mechanic will conduct general maintenance and repair of the physical plant and all equipment. This includes the maintenance and repair of the utility systems (water, electric, air conditioning, refrigeration units) with an emphasis on the electrical aspects of the facility.
