The Bursar reports to the Executive Director of Finance and Financial Aid and is an integral part of the College's Financial Operations area. This position oversees all aspects of student accounts, manages accounts receivables and cash management, and addresses any escalated issues as needed. The Bursar is also responsible for managing CCBC payment plans, managing third-party student account contracts, credit card processing, and student refunds. The Incumbent will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cashiers' Office and is responsible for the maintenance of required records on the payment and collection of all accounts.
