We seek a highly motivated Research Technician I to join the Siolas Lab at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City. The Siolas Lab studies how tumor genotype shapes the immune microenvironment, affecting sensitivity to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. We use in vivo mouse models and ex vivo organoid cultures of gastrointestinal cancers, focusing on pancreatic cancer and colon cancer. Our goal is to design personalized therapies for colon cancer and pancreatic cancer patients.
