Maintain detailed records of outstanding cash sales and coordinate with appropriate operational persons on the collection of outstanding balances. Assist with researching and processing of customer credits, product rebilling, resolution of disputed items, and addressing overpayments and outstanding customer credit memos. Assist with the coordination of month?end close procedures, including reconciliation of accounts receivable balances with general ledger. Coordinate month?end management reporting and resolution of customer open balances with Credit Manager. Perform customer account maintenance.
