General Description Under the direction of the Operations Manager - Special Programs, oversee the dental clinic operations for North Country HealthCare. Responsible for management and supervision of all dental operations to include training of personnel, coordination of clinical staff, health, education, clinical-related regulatory compliance, and development and implementation of new services and programs. Works to develop internal and external relations to enhance patient care, dental services, and an integrated dental model with medical services.
