Job Description Job Description Overview Lil’ Sprouts Early Learning Center is seeking a full time Early Childhood Director to oversee an existing non-sectarian early childhood/daycare program located in Peekskill, NY starting in June, 2024. The Early Childhood Director will assume overall responsibilities for the success of the Lil’ Sprouts Early Learning Center programs and services for approximately 70 children, ages 18 months to 5 years old. He/she will oversee the daily operations of the nursery school and provide leadership in the areas of academic and non-academic programs, personnel development to support the school mission and growth strategies. Additionally, he/she will support institutional structure, operating procedures, financial stability and plans for Lil’ Sprouts’ future.
