Job Description Job Description SUPERINTENDENT - Fire Alarm JOB SUMMARY Our Superintendents work in the field to perform installations of fire alarm and clean agent/special hazard suppression systems. They serve as a lead on the job site for other ORR Protection technicians and subcontractors and are critical to the quality work and customer service ORR is known for. Must be located in or around the Ashburn, VA area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All team members must embody the company mission to provide protection for people, property, and the environment in all aspects of their job. Perform installations of fire alarm and clean agent/special hazard suppression systems according to ORR work instructions and applicable codes. Take a lead role at customer sites, providing oversight and direction to other ORR technicians or sub-contractors. This Facility Technician will primarily be based primarily at 1 site but must have the abilty to mobilize as needed between three local buildings. The Facility Technician maintains and repairs the organization's facilities, systems, and equipment, overseeing daily operations, conducting inspections, and performing necessary updates or repairs.
