* Leads activities of shipping and receiving department to ensure orders are prepared for shipment and shipped orders are received. * Reviews paperwork for incoming merchandise and customer orders in order to distribute work activities to team. * Loads/unloads material onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. * Prepares inventory for shipment. Properly bands and shrink wraps pallets and attaches shipping labels. * Processes shipping orders using computerized shipping system and monitors order pick report. * Loads and unloads trucks and ensures trucks are loaded by Shippers. * Maintains warehouse inventory on racks in a neat and orderly manner. * Trains Shippers/Receivers as assigned. * Tracks shipping errors * Performs other duties as assigned.
