Developing and maintaining ICM and Records Management plans (both NASA and Contractor) in accordance with Center Business Management System (BMS) procedures, and facilitating BMS audits. b. Working with internal and external customer organizations to ensure ICM requirements are integrated into LX processes and procedures. c. Identifying and resolving issues, and developing mitigation plans; preparing and updating manuals, instructions, and operating procedures. d.
