Position/Title: Maintenance Technician I Department: Pay Rate is depending on experience: $20 - $25 Maintenance Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor Position Summary: Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor the Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. Responsibilities/Duties: Licensed Hi-lo driver 5000 lbs. to 30,000 lbs & die setting forklift use. Setting Tools and loading recipes for production Processing Use of simple machining equipment Simple circuitry electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic Ability to read and understand schematics Perform all PMs Fabrication skills Basic plumbing skills Thermolator repair heaters, and centrifugal pump Ability to operate over head crane Lock-out/Tag-out Basic computer skill
