The Retail Pharmacist prepares and dispenses prescriptions as ordered by qualified prescriber. Reviews prescriptions for appropriate indication, dose, regimen, route, potential interactions or allergies. Adheres to state and federal regulations governing retail pharmacy. Performs other duties assigned by department management according to policies and procedures and the mission of Woman's Hospital. Requirements Current licensure from the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.
