Full Time 364 White Oak Street Clinical Support Days w/Call Under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse, performs safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients with established policies, procedures and guidelines set forth by federal, state and local regulations. The Dialysis Technician must understand the scientific principles of dialysis, the process of the dialysis treatment and how to respond to the physical and emotional needs of patients undergoing dialysis treatments. In addition, this position may perform clerical and receptionist duties, transport of patients and other duties based upon NC Board of Nursing guidelines and the direction of the Registered Nurse. High school graduate or GED required. Current listing on the Nurse Aide registry in North Carolina preferred.
