Job Description Job Description The Technical and Maintenance Manager reports to the Plant Manager and is a technical leader of mechanical and equipment maintenance, IT infrastructure and controls. The primary responsibility of the Technical and Maintenance Manager is to design, develop and test mechanical devices within the plant’s automated keg line. This position is a key support resource for a team of dedicated keg quality experts and will be responsible for developing and leading the plant’s maintenance team.
