Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow * Ensures that accurate and thorough documentation of necessary records related to the donor collection is performed within ImmunoTek procedures, policies, and other applicable requirements * Assure facility is maintained in a neat and clean condition and all equipment is kept in good working order * Routinely perform operational and compliance reviews to assure the center is following company policies and customer requirements, as it applies to the donation process and donor flow. * Assist in the training of new employees, retraining of current employees, perform employee performance observations, and initiate immediate corrective actions * Assist in machine/device resource management * Assist Assistant Manager in the identification and interviewing of line staff candidates for available positions * Build rapport with donors to ensure overall cust
