Job Description Job Description Kirby Rehabilitation is looking for a full-time Mental Health Professional for our Mobile Crisis Response Team. The MHP works as part of an interdisciplinary team for clients who require community-based home and on-site crisis intervention services. This includes referrals as well as assessment and crisis intervention treatment. The Mobile Crisis Response team works a rotating on-call, 24-hour emergency services, 7 days a week. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & TASKS: Provides crisis intervention and stabilization (MCR) services within the community to residents dealing with crisis situations. This includes referrals as well as assessment and crisis intervention treatment. Contact Supervisor and utilize supervision to address assessment crises, problematic cases, general case reporting, need for special services, and need for resource information.
