REPORTING STRUCTURE There is no staff reporting to this position. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct screening interviews and assessments using personal interviews, referral information, medical history, collateral contact and additional methods as needed. Recommend treatment plans to Physicians and/or other mental health professionals that address medical, psychiatric, and psychosocial needs/problems and specify modalities of treatment and support, to address specific goals.
