Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Youth Site Director the Youth Counselor is responsible for leading, developing, and building relationships with the youth participants in the program. They are responsible for managing these functions in accordance with the stated mission, goals, and policies established by the administrative staff, governing committees, and Board of Directors of the YMCA. Job Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:50am - 8:00am. In addition to the base pay of $10.00/hr, you will receive an additional $2.00/hr when working in the Before School program.
