Patients are cared for by an entire team consisting of: Psychiatrists, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Case Managers, Milieu Therapists and Nursing Assistants. Assistant Nurse Manager functions as a member of the Program management team. Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for the supervision of the department nursing staff schedules and relief coverage. Performs role and duties of clinical nurse. Provides services to children and adolescents. Responsibilities: Performs all job responsibilities in a professional manner meeting all ethical responsibilities to clients colleagues subordinates employing organization and the profession as described in the ANA Code of Professional Nursing. Summary: The Clinical Nurse Manager reports to the Clinical Nurse Director. Under general direction and within Bradley Hospital policies and procedures assists in the implementation of the Nursing and Patient Care Services Program and the online clinical administration of the Program. Functions as a member of the Unit management team. Performs unit charge RN and hospital-wide relief nursing supervisor roles as assigned. Provides services to children and adolescents.
