The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring, planning, coordinating, and implementing large scale vertical construction projects, as well as leading / developing other Project Managers in charge of smaller vertical construction projects in Missoula, MT and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Lead work procurement efforts in Missoula and surrounding area - both negotiated and hard bid. Prospect for new project opportunities by meeting with developers and industry professionals. Lead Pre-Construction efforts. Lead estimating and Value Engineering efforts. Lead project staff through project phasing / planning. Assist other Superintendents and Project Managers with CPM Scheduling using Microsoft Project. Negotiate Prime Contract and assist with subcontracts, as needed. Control project costs. Review / manage project deliverables to Project Owner and Design Team. Lead/participate in project meetings as appropriate. Review / price Change Orders, as needed. Update relevant stakeholde
