Job Type Full-time Description We are looking for an experienced dental assistant who will assist the Dentist and help with the efficiency of the workflow. A dental assistant will ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist's shoulders. Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail. We have an amazing team and are looking for the right fit to join us! Dental assistants are responsible for providing the patient with high-quality care by performing a variety of office, laboratory, and patient care duties. This usually entails helping the dentist handle patients, instruments, and supplies during treatment. Job Summary The Dental Hygienist will be able to perform all dental related care and procedures allowable under WAC regulations and guidelines. The primary job function is to be responsible for managing dental hygiene and treatment of periodontal disease of patients under direction of staff dentists. Job Specific Competencies 1. Responsible for assessing and obtaining clinical evidence of patient's level of periodontal health, including all relevant and required chart documentation. 2. Responsible for exposure and developing of appropriate diagnostic radiographs. 3. Provides appropriate treatment of existing oral disease as diagnosed by the dentist. 4.
