As the Renovations Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and punch-out staff assigned to the projects. Duties Include: Direct all activities of punch-out staff and laborers hired for the completion of the project. Complete a review of all construction plans and contract scopes associated with the assigned project. Ensure Subcontractors are completing their work following plans, specifications, and contract documents. Attend and lead weekly subcontractor communication and safety meetings at the job site. Prepare and submit any “Violation of Compliance Standard” safety forms to the Director of Renovations for filing and submittal
