Duties Include: Direct all activities of punch-out staff and laborers hired for the completion of the project. Complete a review of all construction plans and contract scopes associated with the assigned project. Ensure Subcontractors are completing their work following plans, specifications, and contract documents. Attend and lead weekly subcontractor communication and safety meetings at the job site.
