our team produces approximately 37,000 light truck and passenger tires a day for the original equipment & replacement market. Service Technicians must be extremely flexible to support a wide range of maintenance activities. Our Service Technician become the subject matter experts in a specific production department in our plant. When problems arise with our manufacturing equipment, the Service Technician on shift will troubleshoot and repair the system as quickly as possible to maximize production up-time. The Service Technician's on days will group and perform periodic scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on all manufacturing equipment. This facility operates on a 24/7 basis. Candidates will be assigned either day or rotating shifts. Day Shift: Approximately half of the service technicians are working a M-F 6:15am-2:45pm (1/2hr. unpaid lunch) schedule with some overtime. Rotating Shift: Day = 6:15 A.M. to 6:45 P.M. with 30 min. unpaid lunch Night = 6:15 P.M. to 6:45 A.M.
