Job Description Job Description Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Trimmers demonstrate proficiency, organization, calmness, and attention to detail. Trimmer must be resourceful and able to work both independently and with a team. Responsible for the efficiency and quality of the marijuana plant trimming in preparation for sale. Responsibilities: ● Perform duties under direction from the Director of Cultivation. ● Efficiently trims and de-fans plants (wet trim). ● Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all wet trim weights. ● Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness while performing trimmings. ● Trimming off buds from dried plants. ● Trimming buds by hand and running through the trim machine as needed. ● Weighing and recording all product as needed in compliance with METRC ● Responsible for maintaining quality products. ● May be assigned other job duties as necessary. ● Operate with integrity and honesty. ● Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smoot
