Job Description Job Description The Enrichment Instructor will lead and instruct students in various activities, including academic assistance and enrichment activities, at a specific assigned school within the designated region. This is a perfect opportunity for college students. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise, assist, and instruct students in basic subject matters including academic (homework, reading, science, math, etc.) and enrichment (sports, arts & crafts, group activities, games, movies, etc.) Uphold professionalism in dealings with students and program partners including principals, teachers, and parents. Create a safe environment for learning and playing by using classroom management techniques. Ensure on behalf of the school district and Marine Corps JROTC that the JROTC leadership program is administered according to Marine Corps Order 1533.6E , applicable laws and regulations and in conformance with established policies and sound principles so that each student may derive the maximum benefit from participation in the program. Qualifications: Education/Certification: Associates degree from accredited institution Retired Staff Non-commissioned Officer with minimum of 20 years of active service Proof of Certification as JRO
