Classes include workouts on the bike, treadmill, elliptical, ascent trainer, and climb mill in addition to a variety of floor formats including HIIT, strength, yoga, and stretch. *Current casting needs: Male fitness instructors* The responsibility of the trainer is to develop their own class content in alignment with our brand standards. Content creation includes the programming of each workout as well as creating a production rundown, a playlist using approved music sources, and the programming timer that is used while filming.
