Overview: The Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations of the department. Together with the Director, the Supervisor is responsible for assessing, maintaining, developing and evaluating the orientation, in-service, continuing education and competency assessment programs for the staff of Conway Regional Health System. In addition, the Supervisor oversees all activities and the staff of the Nursing Professional Development and Educational Services Department. Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current, active Arkansas license Bachelors degree in Nursing or Education-related field ANCC certification in related field required; if not certified at time of hire, must acquire within 2 years of hire Three years teaching experience in staff development or academic setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prefer Masters degree or current enrollment in Masters program
