We are a startup, innovative, boutique fitness studio. This studio emphasizes strength training for folks 45 years and up. We are looking for a former or retired ballet dancer to train clients and manage a startup fitness studio. We are offering a year contract at $60,000 to the right person. You do not need a certification; we will teach you the exercises. Currently, we are unrolling this business in a detached studio on a residential lot, but we should be moving to a commercial space in a year. You will be training clients and promoting the studio. We are science based, and you will also be expected to read recent scientific studies in exercise and health.

Job Description Job Description We are a innovative, start-up, boutique fitness studio that is a welcoming place for folks 40 years and up. Our focus is on strength training. We have assembled an innovative collection of equipment that sets us apart from mainstream gyms. We are looking for someone who can manage the studio, train clients, and help build this business from our current prototype. We would like to hire a former or retired dancer for this position. No certification is needed. We will teach you the exercises. We will study the research literature with you so that you can better understand our approach. We are currently rolling out in a detached studio on a residential lot, but in a year we will be moving to a commercial space. This is chance to get in on the ground floor. The Lead Design Engineer, working in the Plastics Product Development group, leads the engineering work for injection molded plastic component designs and provides engineering support through all required design phases to both internal and external customers, including engineering research, creation of master sections, manufacturing feasibility, prototyping, trial builds, validation, launch, production, and on-site support. The Lead Design Engineer ensures optimal qualities in the CAD design to maximize product quality, DFM/DFA, minimize tooling cost, reduce cycle time, and contribute toward both advanced manufacturing and plant production efficiency. Must have strong engineering and CAD capabilities and support various plastic team needs. Lead Design Engineers may be responsible for leading and reviewing the work of assigned engineers, designers, technicians, and contractors.
