Job Responsibilities: Develops, supports, maintains, and revises Registration and Scheduling IT solution(s), including but not limited to practice management software applications, data sharing, and end-users, between and among practice management, revenue cycle, and related 3rd-party systems in support of Marshall Health, the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and affiliated organizations. Monitors system activities and performance of patient access and related applications escalating issues to team members or vendors as appropriate for effective issue resolution.
