Responsibilities include: Develop and manage the daily/weekly/monthly goals for the production depts. to ensure that company meets weekly capacity and scheduling and delivery requirements. Minimize costs wherever possible and ensure that Best Work Practices are maintained. Responsible for sheetfed offset, converting, and inkjet labelling departments.
