This position can also be remote for candidates with 8+ years of experience. This position can be either partner or non-partner track. Qualifications 4+ years of significant experience in trademark clearance and domestic and foreign prosecution work. Familiarity with review of creative assets for compliance with FTC and other advertising laws. A background in the restaurant, software, life sciences, and/or consumer packaged goods industries.
