The Baler Operator reports to the Facilities & Operations Supervisor, or the Terminal Operations Manager. The Baler Operator is responsible for the set up, operation, and maintenance of the baler while ensuring that all of his/her efforts are compliant with the company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Duties may include processing products through the baler to shape, form, and compress materials.
