Responsibilities include a variety of recreational duties, implementing treatment plans, modeling/teaching life and social skills, and transporting of youth (in Agency vehicles only). Other duties include completion of daily logs and assisting with daily program organization. This position includes evening hours. Hours are 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. POSITION SUMMARY: The Behavioral Health Manager of Therapeutic Services assists the Administrator of Behavioral Health in the oversight and management of the Units and works closely with the Behavioral Health Leadership team to ensure that the therapists on staff are well-trained and competent to perform their duties according to the highest standards of quality.
