Perform wiring inside of control houses or on equipment after being installed on process modules, and install components, process piping, and instrumentation. Cut, strip, and terminate wires per acceptable industry standards. Bend, thread, and install conduit. Cut, ream, bend, and install tubing. Required Education, Experience & Skills: Must be able to read and interpret layout drawings and wiring schematics and read and interpret point-to-point wiring. Must be able to recognize electrical symbols and be familiar with NEC. Must have strong mechanical aptitude and be familiar with basic hand and power tools. Must be able to lift to 49 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and withstand noise, heat/cold extremes. Preferred Skills: Ability to excel in a team environment.
