Prepare and present reports and presentations of findings that document the existing conditions and evaluate future risks and provide recommendations for rehabilitation and/or maintenance.

Develops and maintains collaborative relations with employees involved in eligibility, case management, utilization review, inpatient and observation hospitalizations, and provider enrollment.

Review design documents, shop drawings, and trade submittals prepared by third parties for conformance with good building practice with respect to water intrusion, air leakage, vapor diffusion, thermal performance and differential movement.

Understanding of building science and thermal analysis concepts as well as a knowledge of modeling building performance and sustainability.

Actively participates in Business Development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and appropriate conferences.

Attend meetings and mediations with clients and others to gather project information or present PFCS work, in coordination with the Technical Expert or Project Coordinator.

Management of these complex assignments includes but is not limited to site visits, generation of a complex scope of damages, high value cost estimating, project management and high stakes negotiations.

Provide technical advice to clients, discuss progress of work, and manage project teams -Provide technical design input parameters for the development of design and construction documentation -Participate in building asset evaluation and management projects, including property condition assessment, reserve studies, pre-purchase surveys, and asset management for Building Enclosures -Occasionally initiate, and regularly assist with marketing activities, participate in marketing presentations, and preparation of proposal and new project efforts as required or assigned -Make contributions to company knowledge management and practice systems -Contribute to the firm's reputation in the market and maintain client base and relationships -Complete building enclosure commissioning projects.

Assist with the preparation of plans, designs, calculations, analyses in accordance with established codes, standards, drawings, and other specifications.

Participate with a team of professionals on efficiency programs funded by national, state and private research organizations that promote energy efficiency and sustainability.
