Maintains accurate, up-to-date records and submits monthly recruitment activity reports to supervisor in a timely manner.

Communicate with IHCC Financial Aid Office as needed to assist prospective and current students.

Assists learners in setting and pursuing realistic personal, academic, and career goals Assist with student class schedules Administer post-assessment surveys and/or interviews to determine effectiveness of interventions and identify/provide appropriate interventions Plan and implement one-on-one academic advisement sessions Research, compile, analyze, interpret, and prepare statistical data for monthly collaboration meetings with AEL staff Maintain appropriate records and files for documentation of program and student accomplishments Increase student's overall college awareness, readiness, and potential for success Develop and expand regional employer relationships to offer employment or potential upward mobility upon completion of higher educational goals Expand relationship with local Workforce Solutions office to determine high demand industry areas and establish referral system for potential AEL students Complete annual staff development requirements as determined by SBOE rules Develop and maintain effective working relationships with adult education staff, program participants, business and industry, public and private organizations, and VC staff Performs all other duties as requested by Director of the Adult Education Program.

Attend mandatory National Days of Service events (Veterans Day, MLK Day, and AmeriCorps Week).

Organize and report essential caseload information on a regular basis to support program and organizational goals.

Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing required metrics and client successes/challenges, with 1 strength-based presentation every quarter.

Provides wrap-around CaseManagement for participants (Capital IDEA participants are adults who are partof the following populations, such as but not limited to Hurricane HarveySurvivors, Opportunity Youth and Women of Color).

Develops and maintains positive working relationships with COM staff and develops a communication network with other college departments for providing college support services to targeted student populations including admissions, advisement, career pathway planning, and financial aid.
