Maintains and submits records and reports, including a chronological record of services provided to patients, as may be required by the Regional Facility Administrator, Chief Clinical Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, the Medical Review Board, and the Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services.
