Requires a working knowledge of banquet/catering food and beverage services, policies or operations.

Attends Banquet Event Oder (BEO) and staff meetings and perform as a team leader for all hotel department staff participating in the event delivery process.

Manage and yield space to ensure optimal meeting success for all groups using conference space, and upsell additional Guestroom, F&B, and resort add-ons to achieve higher revenue returns from the group/event.

Follow up on all event details with the necessary resource providers to ensure deliverables are met which includes but are not limited to F&B Managers, Executive Chef, A/V Technicians, Front Office, Guest Services, Equipment Rentals, outside service contractors etc.
