Greeting incoming customers, working with the host station in seating guests or directing them to choose their preferred seating, providing a fine dining level of knowledgable service to tables, taking food and beverage orders, delivering products in a timely manner, serving food, serving beer, wine and spirits, bussing tables and collecting payment, restocking supplies, place orders on a POS system, dishwashing, general cleaning, working outside as well as indoors, and most importantly maintaining customer relations with all guests as well as set-up, and breakdown of service and work areas so they are well stocked and organized for efficient and safe service.
