Participate in Quality Improvement activities including Chronic Care Collaborative programs, immunization improvement initiatives, pharmacy formulary development and utilization, and any other medical staff committee activities relating to peer review, risk management or development of clinical policies and procedures.

Provide primary care services supporting a continuum of care from prevention to diagnosis and treatment, to appropriate referral and follow-up for simple to moderately complex workload that can be appropriately managed in a primary care outpatient environment to include (but not limited to) care for.
