Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.

Meets with staff and volunteer event committees regularly to identify the various aspects of the event including scope and format, expense budget, revenue projections, and event progress.

Assist in recommendations to maximize revenues, which may include parking rate studies, local and online consumer marketing plans or prepaid parking services.
