Evaluated/ advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.

Manage, plan, and organize the financial planning and budgeting process for the clinical activities of the Health System – including development of the capital plan Prepare effective and informative analysis to describe the position and outlook of the organization Maintain consolidation process including choice of software used for consolidation process to yield required analysis of results and project future earnings based on standard assumptions Coordinate software choice as needed with Capital Analysis, Cost Accounting and Entity Finance Provide forward thinking and vision about future process improvements and lead implantation of changes as necessary Prepare compensation plan analysis to support financial planning process Coordinate with entity finance to support FTE crosswalk and measurement of YoY savings/changes Coordinate with CHRO office and Performance Services to execute the calculation of incentive compensation and facilitate the review of the calculation, process, and support by Internal Audit.

Provides ongoing operational support in the form of financial forecasts, business analysis expertise and financial modeling to aide business partners in decision making, business strategy and operational planning and evaluation.

Represents the fiscal perspective on planning and policy-making committees.
