Develop technically and legally defensible air quality, greenhouse gas (GHG), and energy analyses and technical appendices to be included in CEQA and NEPA environmental documents. Collection of pertinent air quality data, ability to critically analyze process information and provide recommendations to the client and develop technical reports in support of environmental programs for federal, state, and local clients. view job details
